#### The most common cause of in-service failure in casework is not a fabrication defect but a building allowed to swing well outside the humidity range the casework was made for, followed by water left standing at a countertop joint or a sink cutout. Neither is covered by the warranty, and both are prevented by the Owner's care rather than by the specification. {note}
