## The orifice plate is the part the permit certification depends on and the one a maintenance crew damages while clearing the rack in front of it; a matching spare on the shelf restores the certified release rate the same day rather than after a fabrication lead time. {note}
## The storage product manufacturer and the treatment device manufacturer shall each commit in writing that replacement components for the products furnished will remain available for not less than ten years from the date of manufacture.
