SynC Standards
SynC Standards is a library of 396 construction standards, written and maintained by SynC: every standard in the library, those with an adopted revision and those still in draft toward their first. Each is a complete, plain-language specification: the scope it applies to, the requirements that govern it, and a structured equipment datasheet listing the values a project has to decide, with the standards each is verified against.
The Library inside the app lists fewer, and both counts are right: the app carries the adopted standards only. A working copy here improves continuously; an adopted revision is fixed and citable, which is what a project can be specified against.
Everything here is free to read without an account and published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0: share and adapt it, including commercially, with credit to SynC Standards, a link to the license, and a note of any changes. Each standard is drafted from cited sources under published authoring rules, reviewed before adoption, and corrected in the open. Every revision keeps its full history, a line-by-line diff against the revision before it, and a SHA-256 content fingerprint identifying exactly what was saved. Signed-in users can pull any standard into a project as an editable specification and datasheet rather than retyping it.
