These are the standards in the SynC Standards library that cover ASHRAE 62.1. Factory-assembled, self-contained packaged units with an integral direct-expansion refrigeration circuit, set on a roof curb and serving a field-installed duct distribution system. Covers cooling-only, gas-fired, electric resistance, hydronic, and reverse-cycle heat pump heating configurations; constant-volume, multi-speed, and variable-air-volume supply fans; air-side economizers, powered relief, minimum outdoor air control, demand-controlled ventilation, and integral exhaust air energy recovery; the cabinet, filtration, drain pan, and roof curb; the refrigerant, its safety group, and the detection and mitigation provisions that go with mildly flammable refrigerants; unit-mounted controls and their interface to the building automation system; and the setting, connection, startup, and balancing of the installed unit.
