Sanitary drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping systems inside buildings from the point of connection at plumbing fixtures to the point of connection with the building sewer, including all above-grade and below-slab horizontal branches, vertical stacks, and vent piping. Covers pipe materials (hubless and hub-and-spigot cast iron, PVC DWV), drainage-pattern fittings, joints, cleanouts, floor drains, traps, hangers and supports, buried and below-slab piping, slope, and field testing.
